After recently using Realeflow for a 1-month trial and deciding (once again) that, for us anyway, it’s not worth the $100/mo. fee, we recently began using Karma CRM for keeping track of all our activity with Buyers and Sellers in our Wholesaling business.
The benefits we have found to using Karma CRM:
1. It’s online – so partners and VA’s have access to all our contact records and can work on what they need to work on.
2. It’s customizable – we’ve added fields to track different aspects of our business – market values, zillow values, offer amounts, etc.
3. We can add all our supporting data and reference material to a seller’s record – comps, property detail reports, pictures, maps, recordings of phone calls, contracts, faxes received and sent, etc.
4. Nice clean appearance – ESSENTIAL – we hate clutter…
5. Reasonably-priced – you knew that though, right? Currently, Karma CRM is FREE while they get ready to introduce Paid versions. They’ll maintain a free version once they start charging, but with the number of contacts and users we have, Karma CRM will cost us about $25 per month when they start charging.
Take a look for yourself and see if it’s something you can use…
